Ecdygrowth is a food supplement based on Rhaponticum carthamoides (also known as Leuzea or Maral root), a plant native to the Lake Baikal region of Eastern Siberia, with a long history of traditional use by Eastern European athletes.
Composition
A full-spectrum Rhaponticum carthamoides extract providing 300mg per capsule (including 20-beta-ecdysterone, makisterone, 24-dehydromakisterone A, carthamosterone, polypodine B and ajugasterone C), plus 100mg of Humanofort per capsule. Two ingredients, 100% natural. 60 capsules per bottle.

Ecdygrowth uses whole-plant Rhaponticum carthamoides extract rather than isolated single compounds. A lab report (Certificate of Analysis) is available.

Dosage
Ecdygrowth dosage is two to three capsules a day. Two is commonly used although three will give the ultimate results!
Cycling
For maximum effects it is best cycled for 3 months with a break of 4 to 6 weeks before starting another cycle.
